Gefiel: Der Gemeinschaftsraum

Gefiel nicht: Die Zimmer waren selbst für Mehrbettzimmer mega klein, das Zimmer in dem ich war hatte zwischen zwei sehr wackeligen Hochbetten knapp 20cm Platz. Außerdem waren die sanitären Anlagen einfach schrecklich und viel zu wenige. Hinzu kommt das die sichere Aufbewahrung vom Eigentum nur im Erdgeschoss in kleinen Schließfächern möglich war.

Gefiel: It's hard to find something positive. It was not too far away from the city?Oh, and the water was hot and wifi was mostly working.

Gefiel nicht: This hostel is award-winning: I traveled a lot the last 10 years and this was the worst place I ever stayed in.The whole hostel is completely over-heated. You like sauna? Then you should book now. The room temperature was ~ 30°C in the night (I'm not kidding - I slept in shorts only and it was horrible hot, I woke up all night sweating). After both nights I was dehydrated and had a serious headache. When I reported this to the staff they replied that they cannot down-regulate it because the radiator is off - the heat comes from non-isolated pipes (which is true)! The room size is a nightmare for claustrophobic people, but also normal people won't be happy to share 8-10 sqm with 4-6 (or even more) people. The quality of the beds is so bad that they are shaking with every move. Make sure you don't sleep in the upper part! The bath rooms were quite dirty and some toilet seats were broken. Which is not that bad, however, take a flashlight with you if you plan to use the toilet or the shower for more than 30 seconds: The light will go off automatically.You might like this hostel if you are into urban sounds like street noise. My room was incredible loud. It was fine with the windows closed, but remember the temperature problem... anyway, even with opened windows the temperature hardly dropped.The stuff was okay but they were not really interested in helping. The hostel is rather anonymous and you feel that its all about getting out the maximum of money.If you are not into tropical environments, I would definetely recommend to chose another hostel.

Gefiel: genug Steckdosen bei jedem Bett, super Lage, Staff größtenteils sehr hilfsbereit und angenehm, Frühstück war super

Gefiel nicht: kein Nachtlicht beim Bett, 3er-Stockbetten sind etwas wackelig, keine Steckdosen im Bad, 9er-Zimmer doch etwas sehr eng bei Vollbelegung inkl 9xGepäck
