Wichtige Informationen

1. Check in from 2pm and check out until 12noon.
2. Payment:
* Full payment is to be made upon check in.
* We can only accept cash payment in VND or USD at this point of time.
* A refundable security deposit of 100,000 VND for towels per person and 50,000 VND for the key will be collected upon check-in. This will be returned upon checkout when the towel and key are returned.
3. Cancellation Policy:
* You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before check in date and time.
(48 hours is calculated from the default check in time of 2:00pm).
* Cancellations received after 48 hours are considered late. The total of the first nights' accommodation will be charged to your credit card. (48 hours is calculated from the default check in time of 2:00pm)
* No show is considered the same as a late cancellation.
* In the case we did not receive your reservation fee we keep the right to cancel your reservation if you do not arrive before 4:00pm unless you agree a later time of arrival with us.
* Guests who do not meet the age and guest restriction policy will be turned away and treated as a cancellation. Please ensure that you and your group are able to comply with our policy.
* Modifications/Changes: If you wish to make changes to arrival dates or shorten the duration of stay, please inform the hostel at least 48 hours before the check in date (48 hours is calculated from the default check in time of 2:00pm) to avoid cancellation charges.
* A more stringent cancellation policy is applicable for Group bookings.
4. Age Restriction:
Children aged 14 years and below are not accepted without an adult supervisor.
5. Others:
* For the safety of our guests no outsiders are allowed inside the guesthouse. Please meet your friends in the lobby.
* For the comfort of all guests we ask you to be quiet between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Please note: your booking will be cancelled if you arrive 3 hours later than the arrival time without notifying us.
