1. Check in from 2pm and check out until 12 noon.
2. Cancellatin policu:
(1)Summer season: 1 Apr 2014 - 31 Oct 2014 and 1 Apr 2015 – 31 Oct 2015:
- No cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations received by the hotel 3 days, local time, prior to arrival day at the hotel, in writing, or E-mail. No verbal cancelations are accepted.
- On cancellations received within 3 days local time prior to arrival, or should a no show occur, one night's room rental will be incurred and the deposit payment will be returned.
(2)Winter season: 1 Nov 2014 - 31 Mar 2015:
- No cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations received by the hotel 14 days, local time, prior to arrival day at the hotel, in writing, or E-mail. No verbal cancelations are accepted.
- On cancellations received within 15 days local time prior to arrival, or should a no show occur, Deposit payment will not be returned.
3. Child and extra bed:
- Children aged 12 and under stay for free if using existing bedding. The maximum number of children allowed in existing bedding for free is 1 child.
- Children aged 13 or over must use an extra bed or pay additional charge to use existing bedding (THB 300/per person per night). An extra bed is available for some room category.
4. Please note that Budget Room is non-refundable.
